To be eligible, the referred practice (the "Referee") must be a dental practice or dental office that is new to Pearl and has had no prior contact, inquiry, demonstration, trial, or commercial relationship with Pearl at the time of referral submission. Pearl's determination of whether a practice qualifies as "new" is final. For DSO customers: the referral reward applies only to practices that are outside of the Referrer's Dental Service Organization (DSO) or practice network. Practices operating under the same DSO, management group, ownership entity, or affiliated group as the Referrer are not eligible. Only one Referrer may receive credit per Referee. In the event of duplicate referral submissions for the same Referee, Pearl reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, which submission is recognized. To earn the $350 reward, the referred practice must become a Pearl customer. Offer availability may vary by region and software configuration. Final eligibility determinations will be made at the sole discretion of Pearl and its authorized representatives.
